The Bella institute for non-destructive testing was founded by Mr. Arie Rosen who holds an ASNT Level III certificate of competence and has a rich 30-year experience in the field. In accordance with Israeli Standard requirement 1031 and American specification ASNT, all Bella personnel is fully certified.
